Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days from date of order, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Shipping times are 3-5 working days from the date the item(s) ship for both the UAE and international destinations. Shipping times can vary depending on requested delivery destination. Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to you via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment. FedEx is our exclusive delivery partner and any item shipped can be tracked via the airwaybill number provided to you via email once the order is dispatched.

We provide complimentary shipping on all items unless stated otherwise on the product page. Hence, we do not accept multiple orders. Kindly consolidate all requested items to the extent possible. We ship globally with the exception of countries which we are unable and/or not permitted to ship to. These countries are excluded from the list of countries which can be selected in the checkout page.

Exchanges & Returns

Our exchange and return policy is valid for 20 days from date of order. Please inform us as soon as possible of any return or exchange request within the 20 day validity period. We are not able to provide a refund or exchange on expiration of the validity of return policy.

Please email us before returning an order so we can arrange for it accordingly. Items returned should be in their original and unworn state including original packaging and hang tags.

Returned items will be inspected upon arrival to determine eligibility for a refund or exchange. We are not responsible for the returns’ shipping costs and these shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Items to be exchanged will depend on availability of requested exchange items, including availability of requested model or size. The replacement items may have a different price. A payment link will be provided directly to you to settle the balance, if any. Shipping costs of exchanged items will be charged to you before dispatch. This will also be included in the payment link to settle the payment balance. We only offer complimentary shipping when order are dispatched prior to any exchange request.

Orders placed cannot be canceled as items might have already been dispatched.
